PROJECTS TO INVEST IN

Every Project is a for-profit venture financed thru mutual funds based in the USA.

No Project requires investors to set foot in Haiti

Projects are listed in order of feasibility

Certain projects will be carried by international companies with expertise in the field.

Project 1: Launch a natural disaster insurance company with branches in the Tri-City.

Project 2: Establish thirty (30) academic institutes in Haiti (Cap-Haitian, Jeremie, Jacmel)

Project 3: Invest in hydroponic leafy vegetables production plants (Cap-Haitian, Jeremie, Jacmel)

Project 4: Build three private (for-profit) modern libraries that will be turned over the State after 20 years

Project 5: Launch work agencies in the Tri-City mentioned above

Project 6: Invest in modern health and fitness gyms or co-sponsor YMCA to Haiti

Project 7: Invest in Bamboo Furniture factories

Project 8: Make an offer for Ed'H (Haiti State-owned Electric Power Company) infrastructures in Cap-Haitian, Jeremie, and Jacmel

Main Objective:
Invest in Building a Tourism Industry in Haiti

Haiti has a tourist sector, not a tourism industry. A tourism industry is a great way to increase cash flow to Haiti but at present key infrastructures do not exist but they can be built slowly but surely over time: modern international airports close to hotel agglomeration, airport road to hotel agglomeration, sewer system, 24/7 electricity, seaport, telecommunications, and safety apparatus.

Supportive Objective:
Invest in Building Modern and Gated Housing Communities in Cap, Jeremie, and Jacmel

As people begin to find jobs, they will want to find modern, safe, and decent places to live. So, let us invest in building modern and gated six-story apartment buildings equipped with all the security apparatus deemed necessary only in the Tri-City scenario.

Supporting Objective:

Electric Power 24/7 in Cap-Haitian, Jacmel, & Jeremie.

Ed'H can be profitable. It needs a dichotomy and a sectorial privatization - an effective and endogenous plan. Read the book "Dichotomy and Sectorial Privatization of Ed'H". Let us follow the law of privatization and make an offer for Ed'H installations in Cap-Haitian, Jeremie, and Jacmel.

Supporting Objective:
Finance Startups thru credit in Cap, Jacmel, & Jeremie

A tourism industry is more than 5-star hotels, modern airports, airport road, telecommunications etc... It is also a multitude of small businesses launched by entrepreneurs that provide support to the hotels; from food production, to cleaning services, to security. Historically, private banks in Haiti do not finance startups. AKOLAD will guide Haitian diaspora investors in filling that investment gap.
